Title: Lead Technician / In-Field Technician
Purpose: To accelerate the achievement and advancement of company goals.
Description: Work in unison with lead-technicians and all other team members to provide high-quality customer service.

Compensation:
$20-80/hr. Under the Wash Pro Pay-for-Performance Scale, compensation is directly linked to revenue generated and customer satisfaction. On average our technicians earned $37/hr in 2024.
