Are the cleaning products used safe for my landscaping, pets, children, etc..?

Yes! When used as-intended all of our soaps and chemicals are environmentally friendly! There is no risk of harming your lawn, landscape, or others. As an added safety precaution, we finish each job with a final rinse down to be sure there is no residue left behind.

Do you offer no-contact bids?

Yes! In most cases, we are able to prepare our customers an estimate and deliver it via email without coming to the jobsite. We also offer free in-person estimates for those who prefer to meet a member of our team.

Do I need to be home during your scheduled service?

No worries if you’re not home during our scheduled service! We understand how busy life can be. When you return, look things over and let us know that you’re satisfied with our work. We’d be happy to accommodate billing via e-mail or payment over the phone.

How often should I have my house power washed and gutters cleaned?

It is a good idea to have your house washed yearly to avoid any damage due to mold, mildew, algae, or other organic growth. A good rule of thumb is “if you see green, its time to get it cleaned!”

We recommend cleaning gutters out a minimum of once yearly to eliminate and prevent any clogs that may obstruct water from draining away from your home. Unkept clogs can lead to improper drainage and damage to your home’s foundation. In some circumstances, you may need your gutters cleaned out bi-yearly if there are numerous trees surrounding your home.

How often should I have my roof cleaned?

What forms of payment does your company accept?

We currently accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. We also offer e-billing (payable by credit/debit card).

How much do you charge for power washing services?

The cost of our cleaning services depends on a few variables. The style of home, square footage, and surfaces to be cleaned are all factors when calculating cost. We are able to give estimates over the phone, and will always notify you if there is a higher cost associated with your job immediately upon our arrival on your scheduled service date.

What if there is incliment weather on our scheduled service date?

In the event that there is incliment weather imminent, we will contact you to reschedule services. However, at Wash Pro we do our best to remain commited to completing all work on the scheduled service date whenever possible.
